Treatment For Substance Abuse Disorders

The 2nd Chance Promise Program offers treatment for substance abuse disorders to marginalized individuals, including those who are justice-involved, homeless people, at-risk youth, and other populations. All our substance abuse treatments utilize evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed and mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

We also promote a medication-first model by referring patients to a network of medical professionals who can help them get the medications and healthcare they need.

Harm Reduction Models of Care

Our treatments begin by establishing trust and a nonjudgmental environment with our patients. Your individual needs, goals, and preferences are central to your treatment plan with us. This client-centered approach aims to minimize the negative consequences associated with substance use and other risky behaviors while respecting an individual’s autonomy and dignity.

Care For the Whole Self

Supporting individuals who need care for mental illness and substance abuse disorders goes beyond therapy. We take a holistic approach to support those part of the 2nd Chance Promise Program by addressing their addiction and the underlying factors that influence those struggles.
