OUR SERVICES
Co-Occurring Outpatient Treatment
We offer outpatient therapy services tailored to address co-occurring disorders simultaneously, including group therapy, family therapy, medication management, and more. Outpatient treatments allow you to remain in your home and community while receiving support.
Continuing Care
Patients can receive continuing care from 2nd Chance Promise Program after completing an inpatient or intensive outpatient program. Our services cover supports such as counseling/therapy, medical care, housing assistance, and job training.
Behavioral Modification
Behavioral modification helps individuals make positive changes in their behavior, emotions, or thoughts to improve overall well-being. It’s effective for many mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse disorders.

Many marginalized communities face unique challenges when trying to receive healthcare, including care for mental health and substance abuse. That’s why Dr. Vinnie Haley, 2CPP’s founder, and president, is passionate about providing an affirming environment for marginalized people to grow, hope, and heal.
Dr. Haley believes our diverse team is our strength as well as a source of innovation and experience that we can call upon to help our patients. We honor our client’s autonomy during all treatments and work collaboratively to help them heal.
2CPP believes in community engagement, connection, and advocacy. We make a point to engage with locals, including government agencies, community organizations, and grassroots advocates, to address the root causes of substance abuse and advocate for policies and practices that promote equity, justice, and recovery.
