2nd Chance promise program
Dr. André V. Haley
Dr. Haley is the president and founder of the 2nd Chance Promise Program (2CPP). This Wilmington Delaware-Based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization provides community-based wraparound services for individuals who are post-criminal justice-involved with dual diagnosis and are at-risk for recidivism. Dr. Haley has a proven track record in developing community-based programs geared to improve marginalized groups’ quality of life. As a person with lived experience, Dr. Haley’s passion is removing barriers for post-incarcerated-individuals and creating opportunities that bolster full citizenship.
